This innovative interactive online course aims to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to give effective online support to learners.

It leads to the achievement of a benchmark qualification the International BTEC Professional Development Award in e-Tutoring awarded by Edexcel International, a leading provider of UK qualifications around the world.

The course is aimed at experienced tutors or trainers who are presently supporting learners by traditional methods but who will provide online support in the future. It is also suitable for trainees.
